  1. Lesson 01 · 6 min

    Research-use positioning

Positioning is the whole message, not a line at the bottom. Regulators read headline, image, caption, comments, and landing page together.

    • Every asset must read as laboratory research material throughout.
    • A research-use disclaimer does not neutralise a human-use implication elsewhere in the same asset.
    • Imagery counts: bodies, before/after, syringes, and clinical settings all carry implied meaning.
  2. Lesson 02 · 8 min

    FDA and FTC marketing basics

Two different agencies, two different questions. FDA cares what your marketing says the product is for. FTC cares whether your advertising is truthful, substantiated, and non-deceptive.

    • Intended use can be established by your marketing statements, not only by a product label.
    • Claims must be truthful and substantiated before publication, not defended afterwards.
    • Warning letters have cited drug-style claims published alongside preparation and calculation materials as evidence of intended human use, even where 'research use only' appeared on the site.
    • That is why Peptide King prohibits dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-human-use, protocol and calculator content across all partner channels.

    General education, not legal advice.

  3. Lesson 03 · 6 min

    Affiliate disclosures

If you may earn from a referral, say so — clearly, close to the link, and in the same medium the audience is consuming.

    • Place the disclosure before or adjacent to the link or call to action, not buried in a bio or a wall of hashtags.
    • Use plain words: 'affiliate link — I may earn a commission from qualifying sales'.
    • Video and audio need a spoken or on-screen disclosure, not just a description line.
    • Short-form platforms still require it; lack of space is not an exemption.
  4. Lesson 04 · 6 min

    Testimonials and user content

Testimonials describing personal use of a research-use-only material are prohibited in Peptide King marketing, without exception.

    • Do not publish, repost, screenshot, quote, or 'react to' a human-use experience.
    • Do not solicit experience stories in comments or DMs.
    • Moderate your own comment sections; delete or hide human-use content rather than replying to it.
    • Do not use a compliant caption to frame non-compliant user content.
  5. Lesson 05 · 7 min

Social, DM, video and AI-generated content

The rules follow the message, not the channel. A DM is marketing. An AI draft is your publication once you post it.

    • DMs: no private claims you would not publish; private conversations are still evidence.
    • Video: on-screen text, voiceover, and thumbnail are all claims.
    • AI-generated copy must be reviewed against these standards before posting — you own what you publish.
    • Never use AI output as a source of product facts; product facts come from the applicable supplier.
  6. Lesson 06 · 5 min

Supplier rules and the approved-assets policy

You must follow Peptide King standards and the applicable supplier's current rules at the same time. Where they differ, the stricter rule applies.

    • Use approved assets as provided; edits that change meaning are not approved.
    • Promote under Peptide King branding and don't identify the underlying supplier in your promotional materials unless that supplier's current written rules expressly allow it; follow each supplier's rules on its name, logo and trademarks. Peptide King's own application and navigation pages identify both suppliers so you know where to apply — that is not permission to use their names in your marketing.
    • Keep any legally required disclosure intact in every adaptation.
    • Supplier rules can change; check the supplier's current official materials before a campaign.
  7. Lesson 07 · 4 min

    Certification and acknowledgment

The track closes with a short knowledge check and an electronic acknowledgment recording the standards version you agreed to.

    • The quiz is a knowledge check, not a legal clearance.
    • Your acknowledgment records the compliance-standards version and a timestamp.
    • Re-acknowledgment is required whenever the standards version changes.

Live for signed-in partners: the knowledge check is graded on the server (80% to pass, retakes allowed), every attempt is saved with its score, standards version and timestamp, and the acknowledgment is a permanent record. Certification is issued when you pass the current version and acknowledge it. It is Peptide King training certification only — not legal, medical, regulatory or supplier approval, and not a supplier application.

Knowledge check — live

Certification knowledge check

When you have worked through this track, take the knowledge check. It is graded against the current standards version, retakes are allowed, and every attempt is recorded with its score and a timestamp. Passing it and recording your acknowledgment gives you Peptide King training certification — not legal approval.

  • Example: A post says 'research use only' at the bottom but the caption describes weekly amounts. Is it compliant?
  • Example: A follower DMs asking how to prepare a vial for themselves. What do you do?
  • Example: Where do purity figures come from?
